Registration for Fall 2025 is NOW OPEN and will close 8/22/2025.

If you are registering multiple players, please complete a separate registration for each player. You must set up an account the first time you access.

In addition to this registration form, you MUST submit a copy of your player's birth certificate. You will be asked to upload a copy and cannot complete the registration process without it.
